Additional Klipsch Synergy C-3 Center Channel Speaker (Single, Black) Information
|
The Klipsch Synergy C3 center channel speaker is a two-way tapered array system that utilizes a pair of 6.5" magnetically shielded, IMG woofers and a 1" magnetically shielded, aluminum dome tweeter coupled to a square Tractrix(R) Horn, which increases sensitivity and minimizes room interactions that blur sonic detail. The C-3 offers bi-wire capabilities allowing the use of one or two speaker level inputs as desired for improved connectivity. The C-3 offers a seamless, engaging soundstage that puts audiences in the middle of the action. By adding this center channel to your home theater system, you will transform songs into live concerts and movies into lifelike adventures. Available in a black finish with titanium accents, the contemporary look of the C-3 is two-fold. With its grille on, the C-3 offers a sense of elegance that blends in with your home décor, but take the grille off and you get an aggressive and powerful statement that exudes extreme performance.

What Customers Say About Klipsch Synergy C-3 Center Channel Speaker (Single, Black):

Amazing deal, superb build quality, excellent sound, worth 10 times as much as I paid.
Big sound but the box is also a bit big. Generally pleased with the price value of the deal.
I wanted a center front speaker that was a sonic match to my F-3 Klipsch tower speakers, and it is all that. Nothing reproduces voices like a horn speaker, so this will help your middle-aged ears pick through the dialogue without having to resort to the dreaded "Closed Caption" button on occasion. Like all Klipsch, it returns a very high sound level for very little amplifier power, so maybe you are a bit "Green" after all. It is a honkin BIG speaker, so you'll have to get rid of those obsolete encyclopedias under the TV to make room.
A little weak with the sound, I expected more from alarge center channel speaker, the c-2 is better.
Yes, make room because it's big, but the sound is fantastic. at least that's what my friends said while watching several concerts on DVD. If you have some of those movies where dialog is difficult to understand, this speaker will resolve the problem. And with Klipsch F-3's in front you may not need(or want) a subwoofer. Plus, the price is only $200. I am so glad I chose to upgrade my system with Klipsch speakers.
